What a perfect home! Located right near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and trails. We were about 10 minutes away from it all. The downstairs neighbors were separate from us but kept to themselves. Kitchen was stocked with all things we needed. Beds were so very comfortable! Rupa was a stellar hostess who kept in touch with updates.

We really enjoyed our stay in what we ended up calling “The Treehouse”. Loved the hot tub, grill, and especially the views! And you can’t beat the location. Loved being so close to West Sedona’s stores, restaurants and hikes!

First time in Sedona for a girls trip and we absolutely loved it! Thank you for hosting us. Got unexpected snow and it just made our trip that much more fun! The Airbnb was in a perfect location, lots to do in the area. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the future.

We had a good stay. The home is located close to everything you need in Sedona. A few things to note: -The house was renovated several years ago and no longer looks like the photos. Especially the hall bathroom and deck areas. - The en-suite bathroom is off the bedroom with 2 beds. The other two bedrooms with one bed share the hall bath. - The hot and cold are switched in the hall bath which caused an issue with one of my children. This is extremely dangerous when someone goes to make the water cooler but instead they are only increasing the water temperature. - The hall bath also only has one outlet in the bathroom and it is directly over the sink. This goes against the National Electrical Code and should be addressed for safety. Based on the photos I had expectations of a pristine home that was newly renovated and that is not what this home was. The home is nice, functional and well stocked but not an exceptional home.

We did a friend’s weekend in Sedona and our stay here was wonderful. The home is well stocked, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Some of our highlights were starting out our morning in the hot tub surrounded by the views. The house is also located in a great location with a lot of restaurants close by. Rupa was very responsive and there were several local recommendations in the house manual. We hope to stay here again, and we would highly recommend it.

Could not recommend this place more! Perfect location extremely close to all the restaurants and shops. Multiple trailheads walking distance from the property. The views from the hottub and windows were spectacular. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Rupa was a great host!

We had such a great weekend in Sedona celebrating my husband’s birthday. The views were incredible from the deck. Lovely kitchen (we have an 11 month old and did a lot of meals at the Airbnb). Beds were on the softer side, which my in laws loved, but my husband and I didn’t find as comfortable. Love that the space has amenities for kids (travel crib, high chair). We would definitely stay again!

No começo estranhei as tomadas de luz espalhadas, mas depois fui observando que tinha quase tudo que precisava. Algumas coisas que poderiam melhorar seriam peças do banheiro de melhor qualidade, box de vidro ao invés de cortina, iluminação melhor na sala de tv e falta de controle de ventilador no quarto de fundo. A cozinha foi o ponto forte da casa, tendo até pó de café para os hóspedes e todos os utensílios para lava louças e roupas. Depois verificamos que a casa tem uma vista para o thunder rock e está muito bem localizada. Todos ficamos contentes e surpresos no bom sentido com a casa. Só tem uma informação a você de que esquecemos 2 pacotes de arroz oriental num dos armários.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay! This was a great place to come back and relax in after daily hikes in Sedona! Great living area to relax in, large kitchen to hang out with family in, and good sized bedrooms to sleep at night in! The best part other than the views was the hot tub, which we had to pull ourselves from when it got too late at night! Definitely recommend this as a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, I was surprised with all the extra small appliances that were available, including a traditional coffee maker, and a keurig type. Loved the hot tub. Within walking distance to sugar loaf trail. And by vehicle close to everything else. we had trouble figuring out the high tech thermostat but that was due to being unfamiliar with it and Rupa was responsive with questions. Appreciated that they allow one pet. Would highly recommend.

The home is in a wonderful location. Everything you need is within an easy drive or walk. Home was very clean and very well supplied. The home has a wonderful view. There is a rental unit located below so that should be taken into consideration. Rules posted inside the rental state quiet hours begin at 8pm due to renters downstairs.

Felt like home !! The kitchen was fully equipped and cleanly maintained. We were happy to find almost new and clean cookware, dinnerware, etc. The views are beautiful from the living. Enjoyed every bit of our time at this property. Thanks for your great hospitality, Rupa.

Wonderful weekend getaway for our family. Very responsive and seamless check in and out. The view was pretty spectacular from the living room and kitchen.

This place is in a great and quiet location. There was a ton of accommodating furniture and all very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely well laid out. Doesn’t la k anything. There were even games for the family. Highly recommend this location.

Rupa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and very clean. We had all the items we needed to have a comfortable, at home experience. Everything was organized and well thought out. The location is near by all the restaurants and shopping, but it is right next to the road, so we did have some car noise. Hot tub and the views were definitely a big plus! We will definitely stay again!
